Prayer for 100

Young Families & Young Marrieds

100 Days of Prayer: April 1 - July 10
And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the saints. Ephesians 6:18

We are just a few weeks away from the general conference. We ask you keep our conference, our churches and pastors in your prayers.

From April 1 to July 10, join the families of our sister churches up and down CA, HI and AZ praying for the conference.

Homebound

Homebound Ministry

Homebound Ministry
Using YOU!

Jesus did not choose the scholars, the wealthy, the athletes, or the famous to be His disciples. He chose ordinary, everyday folks: 4 fishermen, a tax collector, a revolutionist, some spiritual seekers, and other job titles now lost in history to do His ministry here on Earth. Not that you can't be one of the first group, but Jesus wanted to show that it took no special talent or station in life . just believing in Him and desiring to serve Him was enough.

And so where are you? What can you do to further Christ's work? One way is to participate in WCCC's Homebound Ministry. Here we want to be an extension of God's love and grace by helping those who are homebound, hospitalized, or in nursing homes to still feel a part of the church. We do this by keeping in touch, perhaps by a phone call, a simple note, praying for them, stopping over for a visit, delivering a copy of the Sunday sermon, helping with errands - however you feel led and the recipient would welcome. Even identifying someone in need of this ministry, counts. When you notice that person who used to sit next to you, or in front or behind you has been absent for a while, let us know. Whatever level you want to participate, your caring and support are welcome.
